I have been having horrible burning/achy sensation which starts at my upper stomach radiates over my upper chest and then to the top of both arms. Dont think it is my heart as its being going on for about a month now. Could this be a new anxiety symptom i have developed

Hi, yes, it certainly could be, or if you are anywhere around perimenopause it could be that as well. In any case new symptoms that you've never had is always a good idea to have them checked out.
