Burning sensation on scrotum skin

iv had this unbearable burning sensation what it feels like as if its on the scrotum skin, it gets really bad at night mostly and a tingly feeling on it to, it seems to be getting worse and worse been like this since around Jan, started off as itching then now it just feels on fire sometimes, it worrys me that it could be something bad, I'm going to call doctors on Monday about it, I took ciprofloxacin in August 2020 and ever since I took the antibiotic iv never been the Same again, I had pain all over my body as well but I was getting better and now this burning feeling down there is so bad, there no actual testical pain, maybe the odd we pain but it's the burning that stops me from sleeping at night, can some of you guys reassure me please
