Burning sensation top of hands

Hello, Im just wondering if anyone has experienced a burning sensation on the top of their hands? I'v been on Biologics for over a year, Hydroxychloroquine 18 months and and Gaberpentin nearly 3 years, this is the best iv felt after trying different medication over the last 3-4 years including Methotrexate.

The pain at the top of my hands dosnt have any rash or redness, it just feels as though I'd poured a kettle over my hand sometimes both hands it's not continual I can wake up with it or it will come on sometime during the day or evening, has anyone else experienced this sensation?
