Burning stomach and back

I posted a few weeks ago about having a burning feeling on my chest and back only when I excercise ., now it is much better , I had a ct and shows nothing ., what I notice though is that when I walk fast , feel burning on my back the first 5 minutes and is better if I continue walking .  I have a follow up with my Gastroenterologist., can this be acid reflux caused by Losartan , Stress ? Do I need to keep long term omeprazole?

I ask this because my dr only said CT or Endoscopy ., I had an endoscopy last year showing mild gastritis.

I had to postpone cycling until I feel better ., please any advise .

I used to have the burning feeling in my chest (sometimes I felt it's in throat). However, I completely changed my eating habits, as of my Dr. advice, and since then I never faced it again. Now I eat very small portions of meal but with regular intervals, mostly eating mixed and balanced diet. Another great advice I received was of not sleeping directly after dinner but to have at least two hours of gap between last meal and night sleep. Earlier I used to skip breakfast which I don't now anymore. The healthy diet and enough sleep (in night) has helped me a lot in recovering from such a problem and I hope it may help you as well. All the best!
