Not sure about burning stomach but I had extreme nausea for 2 years until I sorted my diet out. It still returns with stress but no longer frequent as it once was. I used to get very bad cramp too as well as diarrhoea and the sickness would always be after the diarrhoea had stopped.

Hey do not worry. We can defeat it finally. I was feeling like you before. But now I am looking for the way. I am sure finally I can achieve success in this way.

Do you get a sore stomach, diarrhoea or constipation along with the nausea?  If so, it could be IBS.  Heartburn goes along with it.   If all your tests are negative, IBS can be diagnosed.  I have all the symptoms I have mentioned and got diagnosed with IBS.

Try keeping a food diary to check for any intolerances and try the Fodmap diet with the help of a dietician.  Also go back to your doctor for more advice
