If you find a fix please post it! I chew gum and switch toothpaste and rinse with baking soda water.. it helps but doesn't stop it.

I tried black tea with honey helped but didnt stop it, grrrrrrrrrr. What i have read is this can happen when you are low in B12. Not sure what my level s are. Honestly very frustrating.

I've read the same thing about B12! I was just in the ER Dec 21st for heart issues and they did a ton of blood work. My potassium was low everything else good, I'm assuming they checked that but I think I'm gonna have a go at B12 and see what happens..

Well i hope you are feeling better now. Please let me know if B12 helps. i have also read low iron can cause this issue. Sadly they say alcohol and stress can make it worse. Well going through menopause and a pandemic is very stressful I'm risking the alcohol. 😃
