Burning vulva vestibule, lumps and frequent urination

Hi, i am desperate for any help or advice. I started with what i thought was urine infection symptoms last september. I got some anti biotics and it didnt clear it up. I soent the next 2 months on anti-biotics , i returned to gp again and i was swabbed and tested again for infection and stis and everything came back clear. ive had constant abdominal pain, a few fevers and sickness periods and debilitating pain and burning 24/7 in the vulva vestibule area. I spent christmas day and the following day in hospital got an mri and was told i have a bartholins cyst, then diagnosed with LS the steroids i was given horrifically aggrivated the burning. I had a hysterectomy at 23 i have lumps on vulva can someone tell me if they know what this is as i feel hopeless and desperate and so depressed and i dont know how else to get help. i will attach pictures.
