Burping and belching and bloating. Already 4 months off the drug. How long will it last ?

I took amitrptyline 150 mg for up to 6 months then I cold turkey after that I burp and belch and bloat a lot. How long will it last.

I am so scared that it will be permanent . I am already 4 months off the drug.

I talked to many people even after years they say it hasnot subsided.

I am terrible scared.

Please help

    Have you talked to your doctor about what else may be causing these symptoms? It does not have to be the stopping of amitriptyline.

    It could be a food allergy etc.
