Bursitis and Paleo Diet

I had R partial Knee on 4/26/2017 develop bursitis in the knee had injection two weeks after surgery still hurts! I have arthritis, gout and bursitis of hips so pain is constant and severe! It has settle down s little but was reading and saw something about nightshades foods not good for those with autoimmune diseases! Taking Limbrel too and has anyone found it to be helpful with arthritic pain? An has anyone modify diet or tried the Paleo Diet?

    Let me know if you have success. Nightshades/autoimmune I'll have to ck it out...

    Voltaren Gel (RX in the US) is a GREAT topical anti-inflammatory for bursitis.  Check the interactions with other meds you might be taking.

      I did check the interactions with other meds one was HCTZ and Crestor, just now check out Ibersartan and it can cause joint and bone pain along with back pain too! Thanks for the hands up on Voltaren my insurance charge less than $5.00 what a break!

      I developed some bursitis after a hip replacement years ago.  One prescription...FIVE tubes!!!  Second best topical on the planet.  I can get my hands on the absolute best from time to time...comes from Colorado...simply called "The Lotion".  Works in 5 minutes. Ahhhhhh...
