Does anyone thats going through anxiety or GAD or Panic disorder have butterflys constantly throughout the day. I feel like they are little fright feelings. Like when you fall back in your chair. They come for no reason.

Yes Rob, those butterfly feelings are caused from adrenaline that is released from the brain. Normally it’s released when you were feeling somewhat anxious. I have had those many many times and they are not harmful. Your brain is actually trying to protect you from stress  when that happens.

sometimes we have an underlying anxiety that we are not even aware of. Three practicing some slow long deep breathing and I like to listen to meditations on YouTube for anxiety. They help me a lot. But you’re going to be just fine! 😁👍??

I know exactly how you feel. It is awful but it won't harm you. It feels like you are going to pass out but it is just adrenaline. Definitely try deep breathing and when you fell that feeling creep upon you try to distract your brain. I tried counting jack from 100 the other day and it actually helped to lessen the anxious feeling. It's a long battle we have to train our brains to overcome these feelings

Hi Rob, I haven't had anxiety in 30 years and now it has come back worse than ever. I have those horrid butterflies in my stomach all day. To me they are the worst part of anxiety. I even get them in my sleep and I wake up from them. They are very bothersome but certainly can't hurt you. Maybe you need an antidepressant...
