I've experienced buzzing sensation in my lower leg accompanied with tingling. It lasts for 2 second, then it stops, soon after comes back for 2 seconds and it stops again and so on... It happens when stand up after sitting for some time. What could be the reason for this?

It could be a symptom of something else going on so you should consult your doctor. Especially if this is ongoing and becoming more frequent. Are you diabetic? or have some other health problem?

This happens me - buzzing sensation in left leg - ever since I got a bulge in a disc in my lower back.
Do you have any back pain?
A bulge in a disc can impact on your sciatic nerve that can cause tingling and pain that runs down the leg.
