BV

I’ve been battling this for years. Recently I got a one swab kit form medical lab diagnostics and had a test for AV, BV and CV and I tested positive for ground b strept on the first one. The second one found yeast and showed me to be negative for three out of four of the lacobaccilli that are supposed to be colonized in there.

Hello I’ve been battling this as well for years after you’ve been swabbed what have the drs recommended you do to put an end to Bv?? When I go to the dr they don’t even try to do different test to see where I’m lacking far as lacobaccilli or anything!

The nurse practitioner that is working with me is just helping me any way she can. I’ve taught her a few things. The only advice that she gave me was to douche with vinegar. I was seen by a specialist a few years back that recommended I douche with a stainless steel douche made by waterworks and suggested that I do antibiotic suppression therapy.
