BV Cure!

I had BV for about 3 years and I struggled trying to figure out how to cure it. I tried the prescription pills, the creams, literally everything on these forums and everything on google and nothing ever worked for me. (The boric acid pills and salt water baths work temporarily but nothing really permanent.) I promised myself if I ever figured out a cure that worked for me I would share it on here because I know I spent years on this thing researching and I just know how terrible it is to feel just so defeated having it. (I'm not a doctor by any means and you might want to run this by your doctors.) All I use is Dr. Bronner's 18-in-1 Hemp Peppermint Pure-Castile Soap. You can get it at your local grocery store, target, walmart, local pharmacy, etc. for about $10. I see it everywhere. I only use it once a day while I shower externally only! Just lather a small amount in your hands and clean your area and rinse off. Never internally. I don't let it sit. Just lather and wash off and that is literally all it took. I bought the 16oz bottle and it lasted me a whole year. That's how little I use. I started doing this over a year ago unintentionally (I always read never to use soaps but I tried it anyway) and noticed it went away pretty fast and I haven't had it come back. I hope it helps!

I also forgot to mention I changed one other thing. I sleep with loose shorts and no underwear. I think the soap and this made all the difference!
