BV CURED!

Posted , 390 users are following.

I was pretty excited to come on this site to share what has cured me because i know how frustrating bv is and i am sure some of you have tried many things.

I had bv for 3 months. I am just now getting over it. I had gone to the doctors twice and have taken metronidazole and clindamycin. both intravaginal gels. Both gave me unwanted side effects and my symptoms came back after a week with both. I have also tried douching with h202 and vinegar for 5 days but it did not cure me while taking acidiphilus tablets and inserting two vaginally. It did not cure me. Little by little the itch would come back.

After a lot of research i was determined to fight this as I have seen many women have it for years and not have any solutions. Here are my findings and I am proud to say I am bv free! I take a vitamin b complex with folic acid 800, vitamin d3 5000iu and acidiphilus daily. do some research on it and test it out, i promise you wont be disappointed!

I had to come on her before I go to peaceful sleep. I have found my cure to smell and discharge. Ladies, Ladies, Ladies. So I done my research been trying all soughts of things. I have the cure and done my reserch and after trying so many things I thought last thing to try and purchase  'water works VJ cleanser'. Been talked about on youtube and otherr places. I bought it.'Feminine Waterworks' I haven't been this happy in years. When I feel my kitty feeling a lilttle different down below, I use my waterworks and I am back on balance. I also take 'Pearls YB' Probotics every other day. Acreobating all over the place with confidence again. Buy 1, u willl know what I mean. This is not news given for market purposes. This is a lady that was suffering for ages. wink

quick question...i know you told me to look up the boric acid...which i am still researching. But i have a question about the vitamin C . the one i took was 500mg and it did not have rosehips in it. i couldnt find any with rosehip except for 1000mg. could this be a possibility as to why my results are not as i expected? can i use the 1,000 mg with rosehip. My question is does the rosehips matter as well as the dosage?

ok i found my answer to my own question

According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health, you can safely take up to at least 2000mg of vitamin C.

Vitamin C supplements are usually made from a synthetic substance called ascorbic acid. This is not real vitamin C as you would find in food and it will not give you the therapeutic benefit you need to treat BV. For this, you need to find natural vitamin C supplements that made from natural sources of vitamin C, not synthetic. Natural vitamin C supplements usually contain ground berries such as camu berries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, and amla berries. They may also contain other plants that have particularly contain high quantities of vitamin C such as rose hips, sprouted buckwheat berries, cherries, and concentrated lemon.

I agree with your post. I used the vitamin c as a insert for 2 nights and thought I was getting relief but on the third day I noticed a chalky discharge that's slightly pinkish that wasn't there before. Yeah gross!! I'm a just see my doctor and go through the usual regime with the meds but also change my diet to more fruits and veggies while taking the probiotics I purchased. I can't keep putting pills up my va ja jay.

Exactly how do you make boric acid suppositories?
    • Posted

Hi tracy05847 you can buy boric acid suppositories online. she also adds 2 drops of coconut oil as well as tea tree oil all of which are know to help relieve the bv. I have been using them for about 4 days now. I used them once before but I stopped after 3 days because I felt cured. I have been suffering from this issue for over 6 years and I have made a new years resolution to stick to my regime for 3 to 6 months or until I feel that my body is able to regulate the ph of my vagina on its own. Good luck to you too!!!

you said you stopped after 3 days... so did the bv come back immediatley ?? how will you know when its a good time to stop?? and is there a such thing as taking too many of the boric acid pills?? can you have sex while taking them for that 3-6months? i found them as well but i am nervous about using them improperly

The bv didn't come back immediately but I do think it returned after I had sex. My husband and I don't usually use condoms because I have had the mirena for the past 6 years but we will in the future. We will use condoms because I have heard that semen can affect your vaginal ph. I have come to a conclusion from reading other posts that this issue isn't going to go away from one dose of boric acid capsules but it is one of the first steps. I have made many connections from other woman on this board that contribute to bv such as low vitamin d levels and low progesterone levels, also other women who successfully remained symtom free have had to continue their regime for months. I am willing to try anything to get my body to be normal again.

Are you inserting boric acid in pill form or actual suppositories?
    • Posted

They are actually capsules but they work just the same and they are a life saver. Some of the things that people suggest for me to try are expensive but at least these capsules are expensive at all and you can feel the relief within hours.

Ok great I saw the suppositories on that site. I already ordered the tea tree suppositories from Amazon so im a wait and try those first but I must say the vitamin c with rose hips has definately eliminated the smell like after the first insert but I inserted another last night for good measure. I'm planning to finally have sex with my husband tonight after a week long of holding out so I'm praying everything goes well. I will definately post to let you guys know. I suffer from bv like 3 to 4 times a month and I'm sick and tired of both the smell and the mess of using the gel along with the awful taste of the metronidozole pills YUCK. Anyway I may order the boric acid suppositories just for safe keeping.

Hi tracy I can so relate to what your going through I used to love sex but it became a messy chore! I bought represh suppostries which coat your insides against anything nasty the gel sticks to your insides for three days no mess and it makes you wet enough inside to prevent any rubbing. I only needed to use two in the meamti!me I only ate fresh fruit salad, probiotic youghurt and fresh veg, I cut out meat, bread and coca cola and I haven't had bv since my last period a month ago. I tried everything prior to this with only temporary results. Please change your diet for a month and see if it makes a difference. I'm not dismissing any one else's advice but your body is telling you something and all home remedies in the world perhaps aren't going to cure the imbalance that may be in your food x

This is true in regards to my diet. I love everything that's not good for me like Pepsi, McDonalds and junk food lol. I'm a try my very hardest to cut all of it out in hopes of regaining my sex life back. It's real wack that my husband have to keep asking if I'm ready yet : ( it's hurtful. Starting today nothing but water or cranberry juice and definitely a salad for lunch today with fresh fruit on the side. Thank you so much for your insight. Wish me luck!!
