BV CURED!

I was pretty excited to come on this site to share what has cured me because i know how frustrating bv is and i am sure some of you have tried many things.

I had bv for 3 months. I am just now getting over it. I had gone to the doctors twice and have taken metronidazole and clindamycin. both intravaginal gels. Both gave me unwanted side effects and my symptoms came back after a week with both. I have also tried douching with h202 and vinegar for 5 days but it did not cure me while taking acidiphilus tablets and inserting two vaginally. It did not cure me. Little by little the itch would come back.

After a lot of research i was determined to fight this as I have seen many women have it for years and not have any solutions. Here are my findings and I am proud to say I am bv free! I take a vitamin b complex with folic acid 800, vitamin d3 5000iu and acidiphilus daily. do some research on it and test it out, i promise you wont be disappointed!

Hey everyone, I see there hasn't been comments in a couple months. But here I am to let y'all know what EXACTLY worked for me, like Ima tell y'all exactly what I used, name, brand all of that!!! First I'm going to start off with when I got it, how long it's been, what I've used, etc etc. so I first had BV at 16 (I'm 21 now) . Mind i didn't expect it at all, being that I was ONLY with women up until now. I have a boyfriend that I'm VERY sexually active with. But anyways lol the doctors would always prescribe me to metronidazole, which we all know how gross they taste and the unwanted side effects it gives us. PLUS the bv comes back, not always right away. But it's bound to come back. Sometimes I'd go months without getting it, then it'll randomly come back. That sh*t would p**s me off! Not even bc of sex, but bc of self confidence. I've use everything like tee tree oil, apple cider vinegar none of that worked for me. I know for a lot of people it did, but all of our body's are unique. Like I said, me and my man are very intimate.. and we have unprotected sex, all the time. So BV would come back (thank God my doctor LOVES ME and knows my whole family he would always prescribe the antibiotics without having to see me) but I was so tired using metronidazole, I hated how nauseous it'll make me feel. So I went crazy looking for home remedies... and seen vitamin C works for some women. So I used the one I use. It's the Ester-C vitamin 500mg. It's a 100% vegetarian, and non acidic it was the #1 vitamin C brand the guy at GNC recommended. Big shout outs to him. I inserted it for the first time into my vagina for a few hours (it dissolves quickly, no sting) but when it does dissolves of course like anything else, your vagina since it's self cleaning it's going to come out on it's own( like discharge) but it's nothing to put a panty liner on. It doesn't smell or anything. When I cleaned myself out with my finger. I had sex with my boyfriend that same night I put it in, there was no smell.. it's day 3 today with inserting it, and my vagina feels and smells normal. Best thing ever. And the vitamin C bottle only cost 9.99, at GNC ladies. Good luck ladies, I know how much this sucks.. and I wish they'd just come up with a cure already along with any other disease.. I hope this works for EVERYONE. God bless!

Here it goes girls, use 200-250 mg vitamin c inserted vaginally for three nights, then take vitamin c (in the highest dosage you can find), acidophilus, and vitamin d3 daily by mouth and it shouldn't return. It worked for me and i sure hopes it helps you all. Bv is the worst!!!

I am glad people were able to cure their BV with different remedies. I have to say that I been fighting this BV for about 7 years now. I turned 26 this year so you can only imagine how difficult it is to deal with this BV. It's embarrassing with the smell and discharge. I been to so many doctors, NP, and Obgyn. Just name it I have done it. I have tried so many antibiotics but they would only help for a couple of days or not help at all. The only antibiotics that would work for me was called Tindamax which I took high dosage for 2 days straight but I would have to take it after my period every time. I have tired boric acid and hydrogen peroxide (80% hydrogen peroxide with 20% water in a douche) which would work only for that day I would have to repeat daily for the smell and discharge to go away). Probiotics which do work but I have to take 32 billion daily to get some type of relief with discharge and smell. Today is 9/30/17 and I started the Bragg Apple Cider Vingear (80%) with (20%) water  and soaked in a tampon and inserted on 9/15/17 for 3 days for 2 hours each. Since 9/18 I have no discharge and no smell. I am happy to say that I am BV cured. I will continue the regimen with the vingear and water each time I get my period. I am crossing my finger that I do not get BV again. It's embarrassing to have discharge and smell when your with your significant other. I hope this helps someone.

    I'm all good also

    Discover your triggers

    Eliminate bad bacteria

    Rebalance your ph

    Re add good bacteria

This isn't a one pill job and you'll need some privacy to apply treatments and time to Alloa things to rebalance for me it was two days and avoiding triggers for one week .

I suggest getting tested for std and microorganisms to make sure your dealing with this issue but recurrent cases you will know ( dear god it's awful )

Hey do you take these 3 supplements orally or do you insert anyone of them?

      Hi brianna30827,

I take the supplements orally. I’ve been doing this for about 2wks now. I feel that the vitamin d and acidophilus is very important. Mr dr also put me on diflucan and flagyl as well, I finished those meds again and I feel better. The real test will be in a couple weeks to see if the supplements are working. I know a lot of the garlic tablets are labeled as odorless, I took them years ago and never had any odor from them. One other piece of advice I can give is try to just take acidophilus, not a crazy probiotic. After a little research myself, with me anyway the probiots with multiple strains seemed to make things worse. “Too many cooks in the kitchen”, straight up acidophilus should work just fine. Good luck!!!!

Sorry to bother you. This post is four years old . Wow lol. I haven’t tried the suggested remedies. I know no one here is a physician but , I’m 23. I got BV after being rapped sophomore year of college. Not looking for sympathy. We are struggling with this nasty infection. I do not plan on having kids now. Whatever the Lord sees fit. Have any of you women been pregnant since bv? I’m just curious. I saw that it can cause a premature birth.. thank you so much ! What were your experiences of pregnancy and bv ? Sending love , happiness, and relief to everyone here .

Ive had 2 very healthy children with bv. I dont think its a huge threat to pregnant women. Dont let it stop you from having kids. Dont let it control you.
