Bv freedom

Recurring bv was a nightmare . I've suffered years, including a thousand trips to the clinic, and taking that disgusting flaygl. Beware of semen, and soaps. Those are the triggers. Drink plenty water, wash with only water, until you figure what is causing it. I insert a vitamin c with rosehips soon as I feel off balanced. That helped me so much. I advice you to see a doctor if you are not sure. Yeast and bv are similar, but bv smells really bad untreated. Taking a bath won't cover bv odor. I did apple cider baths also. Beware of tight jeans and underwear. Give your vagina a break, and let it breathe fresh air. Follow these steps and you should be feeling better each day. Hope you all take care.

It is more complicated than what they would have you believe  as somebody who realised there was a pattern between recurrent utis & BV in my 20's now in 70's  .Was sent a message to look at chronic utis Forum Australia on Facebook .

Research been done to show it can be a trigger for more horrific problems including cancer & sepsis & kidney impairment . As for medication it doesn't always work  & nobody doing anything about it except prevent contact with those who could  such as Prof saw for 30+ years .

Could it be another metoo situation ?
