BV Gone After 2 Years

Hi guys, I am finally free from BV! 😃

I have tried those nasty antibiotics, apple cider vinegar, probiotics, lactic acid wash, changing my diet, etc. etc.

I do believe that you have to look into what triggered your BV in the first place. I think mine was when I started using daily birth control pills. After the first month on birth control, I got a terrible yeast infection which I never had before in my life and BV. Doctor gave me medicine and it kept on coming back every month. My discharge wasn't even normal anymore sometimes it'll come out in yellow/green clumps but my results would always come back as yeast/BV.

So after 6 months on birth control, I ditched them and loaded up on probiotics. PLEASE do realize that it'll take a while for your body to adjust to normal hormonal levels again - there is no instant cure to this. I didn't find the probiotics to be as helpful but then I found out about liquid chlorophyll and it decreased the amount of discharge and smell so much.

I still suffered with BV every 3 weeks - 1 month but it wasn't as intense as before. I spoke with 2 naturopathic/holistic doctor and both suggested a hydrogen peroxide wash.

So I finally bought 3 bottles of peroxide and a huge 150ml syringe (my doctor gave me this to douche lol - WITHOUT THE NEEDLE). I did half/half peroxide to water ratio and douched in the morning and night for 1 week. If you want you can soak a tampon in peroxide and leave it in for 15-20 minutes. Some people leave it in for hours but I didn't dare to do it. I should warn you that it might be a bit painful and warm but I just didn't care anymore.

After about a week I was BV free for a month and then it came back once. I did another peroxide douche for 3 days and one extra day just in case aaaand it never came back 😃

I've been BV free since last year and I feel amazing! I can go dance and do sports without having to think about the smell anymore. My discharge is heavier now and the texture is more creamy than it usually was. Got checked by my doctor and the results says it's all normal down there.

what type of hydrogen peroxide did you use?

I just got it from the pharmacy.

Also ask for Fluomizin when they give you antibiotics.

      Metronidazole never worked for me.

After 3 rounds of Fluomizin, it finally went away

normal discharge can vary in quantity and colour wat is normal for one person may not be normal for another plus the consistancy colour and amount change throughout your monthly cycle so days u dont have any some days loads some days it can be clear some days it can be creamy white

1 to 4ml of discharge every 24 hours its wat doctors consider to be a normal amount of discharge but some people can have more than that and it be normal for them
