BV help?

I've suffered from BV since Nov 2017 after an unfortunate incident. When I initially contracted BV my symptoms were clear, watery discharge, foul odor, and intense itching. I thought it would go away on it's own, the itching and smell went down but I still had the discharge. I finally went to the doctor after a month and they gave me metronidazole (2x for 7 day pill). I took the medication and I thought everything was okay though a few weeks later I developed insane digestive and stomach problems. I assumed it was from the medication and the stomach pain went away after a month. I knew something still wasn't right, I had inconsistent discharge (yellow to watery). I ended up getting BV again plus had traces of a yeast infection somehow between Feb-Mar. I was prescribed diflucan and metronidazole pills again but this time I took 50 billion probiotics (refrigerated kind) cause I didn't want the stomach issues again and I read probiotics helped; April to mid-June I was BV free. I forgot two days of probiotics and I know my immune system was bad so in mid-June it comes back with thick white discharge and little itching. I am prescribed fluconazole 150mg (2x four days apart) and metronidazole gel (1x for 5 days). After the gel I honestly did not know if my BV was gone. I had inconstant discharge ranging from clear to brown to yellow and milky and some spotting and to none at all. It's now Sept and I had yellow to brown thick to clear discharge. I went to the doctors again and I had traces of a yeast infection, took fluocnazole again and have BV again. I do not want to take antibiotics anymore since my symptoms aren't as severe. I just want the discharge and itching to go away, this has really taken a toll on my mental health. I've spent so much money on my vaginal health this year that I just want to find a system that works. I just want my body back.
After the gel occurrence I started taking 1x daily - VitD3 5000iu, Multivitamin, Probiotics
(25 billion and femdoph), and VitC once a week. I try to cut sugar and drink more water.
I've tried hydrogen peroxide tampon for a week but that did not work, does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the discharge?

As long as I stick to the regim I'm fine..but I found out that senen causes my bv...so that's kinda easy to prevent...I did slip a couple times last month and the semen over powers my pH so I had to get a script I only took 3flagyl pills and I'm now back on track so yeah I'd say so

Read and read it well..
No one in the ancient times I ever had BV. NO ONE. What is man-made, can be man-cured.
Where there's a Poison, there's an Antidote
Men carry it, just as well as women and we don't know it. A man can give it to us from having sex with another woman who haves it or a doctor can give it to you through medicine such as Birth Control and many more.
The "Antibiotics" they give us are for certain known not to work even with monthly Routine, worst thing about the antibiotics is that they make you resistant to other antibiotics.
BV does cure itself, with out doing anything but having a detoxed diet to cleanse the bacteria out, kumbucho drink, 400 billion Raw Probiotics and water.
You can still enjoy sugar too
Do not use soap down there to clean. Not even Dove. Pour Apple Cider vinegar on a towel and wash (DO NOT INSERT ACV INSIDE OF YOU).
It might take up to 5 years of consistent detoxing but you have to build what they've destroyed.
I've had BV since I took Birth Control.
When I found a new gynecologist, he and 3 other gynecologist told me that BC is one of the reason why BV is present, followed by being able to contract it from a man who's carrying it from another woman..
TRUST ME, THERE'S A CURE FOR HIV/AIDS, So there is a CURE for BV.
BE PATIENT WITH YOUR BODY AND TRY NOT TO TAKE ANY MEDICINE. NONE AT ALL
Get you gut health back

Hello Wishful!
I wanted to thank you for your thoughtful response and bringing awareness about BV issue! However, I would like to add a few important things that I learned through my extensive research in trying to combat my own BV issue. My approach to curing BV is holistic, so I fully agree with you regarding NOT taking any harmful antibiotics or pharma that destroy good bacteria and gut flora. When doctors treat BV they only attempt to treat our vaginas and fail to look into the actual underlying issue that causes it! Which could be the diet, sedentary life style, weight problems, BV given by one's sexual partner, stress, or systematic disbiosis-candida! By the way, I've never used any form of birth control and my BV did not come from my husband because we are in a total monogamous relationship for the last 16 years, and I've never been on any medications either, so my infection did not come from those sources. I did have a sedentary life style, sitting 8 hours per day at a desk and a lot of stress ! So, I have to disagree with you regrading the fact that BV comes about from BC or sexually transmitted sources, in fact in most cases it comes from candida and disbiosis, hormonal imbalance when estrogen or progesterone levels drop, vitamin D deficiency, and iron deficiency. Every women is wired differently and has to find out the underlying root cause of her BV . However, holistic researchers agree on one point: detox and rebuild. Female reproductive system is close to our colon, whatever bacteria or infection is in there will be influencing our vaginal flora. So, detoxing one's colon -I personally used Oxypowder but you can purchase any colon detox formula at a health food store, and going through a strict two-week anti-inflammation candida-kill diet might help to eliminate the problem all together! No bread, sugar, dairy, wheat or gluten and plenty of fresh vegies and fruit along with a good probiotic to replenish the gut flora and multi vitamin complex. And of course kumbacha and sauerkraut as well as any fermented foods and garlic. At least 9 glasses of water per day. Also, 400 billion probiotics should be used very carefully, 400 billion is considered a "rescue" formula that can only be used once per six months to reboot one's system after severe antibiotic damage, etc. It can cause very bad digestive reaction otherwise. 100 billion can be used once per month and is still pretty strong. 50-90 billion is ideal for daily usage along with probiotic foods.
Thank you again for your helpful feedback and God bless!

I think I found it. It’s the only thing reducing my thick, white discharge. I use a method called vaginal steaming. I’d look at the website Steamy Chick, as I’m not going to explain all of it—it’s all on her website. It’s about $40. Along with that, I’ve been thoroughly wading ny lady bits every shower and post sex with Johnson’s Cottonwash shampo and wash for babies. Says ph balancing on the back. On top of this I take vitamins, exercise, eat healthy (not just rice and eggs anymore) and manage stress better. I really think this is working, I’m excited to meet with my doctor again to get tested bc I think it will be negative. My lady parts already have clear and healthy-looking and smelling parts. I can’t remember the last time that has happened. A thick glob fell out of me too, when before it had only been filmy discharge. Message me if you have any questions and really try this out!? I’ll be following my routine of steaming and daily showering for at least 2 weeks for good results! And for when I next get tested. Good luck ladies, don’t give up!!
