BV IS GONE!!!!

Hi Ladies!!! So I first got BV back in 2016, had it for a few months then finally went to the doc, took the metro gel vaginally and after that it was gone for 2 years. Until last summer (June 2018), it came back with A MAJOR vengeance! My symptoms were on/off fishy odor, itchiness, and thin grey discharge. I TRIED EVERYTHING you could imagine. Coconut oil, oregano oil, tea tree, probiotics, (vaginally and orally) and nothing worked! Only temp fixes.

After using the above "remedies" it would ALWAYS come back a day or two after sex!!! It was so frustrating!

So recently, about three weeks ago, I came down with a cold and started loading up on vitamin C, taken ORALLY, NOT VAGINALLY. I took 2 500 MG vitamin C's , ONCE A DAY for a week straight, only to realize the BV was completely gone! No odor, no weird discharge, just normal clear healthy discharge. I've also had sex plenty of times with my bf, and STILL BV FREE.

I've been taking it daily ever since (to avoid getting sick) but also to prevent the BV from returning.

I've read so many articles/forums on how VIT D deficiency can contribute to BV, but what you don't hear is VIT C deficiency may be the cause as well! At least that's how it is for me!

One thing to be mindful is that every woman is different. What works for me, may not work for everyone.

But I've dealt with this monster for the past year with NO LONG TERM RESULTS and I finally feel normal again, I just wanted to share this to possibly help someone. Try it, it's simple and doesn't involve sticking something up your vagina.

Let me know how it goes for you ladies. I truly hope this helps someone. I know what it's like to struggle with this and feel unfeminine and gross. But know that you are NOT alone, having BV doesn't mean you're unfeminine/unclean, it's just simply an imbalance INSIDE of your body that needs to be corrected. That's all it is!

Wishing all of you well ladies, and if you have any questions feel free to ask! I'll try to answer as many as I can. 😃

Also, in reference to what I said about it being an imbalance inside, I also wanted to add that YES, it is an imbalance in your vaginal bacteria. However, it starts from the inside. Fix the inside and you fix the outside, that's what I've learned from this as well as other health problems that I have overcome.

And lastly, no I have not altered my diet in any way. It's actually not the healthiest right now, I've mostly been eating meats, carbs, etc. and bv is still gone. I mostly drink water, don't drink soda and drink juice every once in a while.

I drink alcohol maybe once every other week.

Just wanted to add that info. 😃
