BV sore, yeast infection or herpes HELP

i started having sex with my ex boyfriend again 17 days ago but the last time we recently we had sex was 10 days ago, no protection bad i know however i was on the last day of my period and when he ejaculated in me i noticed days after i was itchy down there with a fishy odur. i know cum can throw over womens ph so i assumed it was that and my discharge was thicker and whiter than usual like yeast infections. all my symptoms are similar to yeast infection however i noticed today a sore on my vulvur, it itches occasionally but dont hurt. it looks more like an ulcer than a blister but im still scared. i have no herpes symptoms and it dont hurt when i pee, my vagina just itches and it just started happening yesterday. help please, i spoke to my gp just waiting on results but i got anxiety right now
