BV think I've found a cure!

So I've been suffering from bv for about 2 n half yrs..and about a month ago I was on this forum and read what a girl did to get rid of bv!Basically all she did was get some acidophilus pills that had the 4major strains to promote healthy Flora, so she would open the capsules (like 3) and fill up her douche bottle and pour them in the water and then she would douche but she would do it in intermits and use her kegel muscles..and that worked for her...ok great..

1st off all you have to find out what is triggering your bv (vitamin deficiency, too much sugar, or it could be from sex)

So I've been reading everybody's post on what they have tried.. and I came up with my own cocktail

1) take an apple cider vinegar bath ( 1/2 cup to half of bath water or 2cups to a full bath) make sure you use your fingers to open your vagina to let water flow in (did this a week straight then went to 2x a week then doing it as douche 1x a week) applecdier vinegar is actually good for your body (make sure water is hot as you can get it

2) take acidophilus pills (make sure it has the 4 main strains)take 2x a day then once a week

3) use 100% virgin coconut oil Everytime you have sex (it is an antibacterial and an antifungal) but if you use condoms the oil will make the rubber week

Been doing this for 2 months and no bv! Hope this helps and yes I did all 3 every dau

WHat was the name and the brand of the acidophilus pills you used? And where you get them from

I went to basstes health food store (in Ohio) and you can use any brand of acidophilus as long as it has the 4 strains. But the brand is called jarro dolphilus..when u go to your health food store ask them about the 4strains...and they have to be refrigerated

I find that only vitamin C inserted vaginally temporarily restores it but then the old triggers bring it back
