You have probably heard this before but I'd be sure to take a probiotic and eat yogurt low in sugar to build your good bacteria back up after the antibiotics. I like rephresh pro-b for the probiotic and plain greek yogurt is the best in my opinion. It's low in sugar and that's what you want. No scented soaps in the shower and stay dry changing cotton panties if need be throughout the day. Someone told me a little honey down there is a natural remedy and I also read from Dr. Axe that apple cider vinegar baths are good. I'd research natural remedies and try one first for sometime before moving on to a new one. Doing too much at one time in my opinion is not beneficial. I hope this helps!

Coconut oil has helped me a lot! At first I soaked tampons in it and used them consistently for a couple weeks and now I just rub it on after a shower or before bed. Hope this helps!!

Hi I saw your post. So sorry you are going through this. I was in bad shape for some time. I was finally tried on a different antibiotic group . It was a musical. I had tried everything . I even order some probiotic online that had to be refrigerated. Something would help a little bit but others made things worse. I guarantee you if my (husband ) at the time was going through the same thing every specialist would be figuring out what was going on. Me as woman just grin and bear it it's not that bad

Well it is! Hope you find some answers. Keep me posted how you are getting along

Coconut oil plus a few drops off tea tree oil on a tampon worked wonders for me I did it twice a day for a week but my symptoms were almost completely resolved after 2 Days of doing this !!! It’s natural and it’s been a lifesaver I also take VH essentials Prebiotics everyday and drink about a gallon of water per day
