BV, yeast infection or something else?

I've been having abnormal discharge for about 3 months now. The amount of discharge was worse for about a month with a slight smell, but as of now, there has barely been any smell unless it's directly at the source. I noticed it happen after I used face wash for my vag (that was stupid of me). It also comes out more prominent whenever I go out and walk a lot, so I have to use liners. At home though, rarely. The discharge is sometimes white or a bit greenish but not clumpy.
