C section myomectomy... Scared

Wondered if anyone could give me theur experience of this type of procedure. My surgeon has gone over some of it, as in where the cut is, the enema b4 hand, putting a covering over the area to lesson pain and adhesions, days in hospital, putting medicine into the fibroid to avoid bleeding, and I'm sure I'll have lots more questions.
I've never had surgery except my wisdom teeth. I just turned 44. I have Lyme disease too so my wbc are in the toilet and will take me longer to recover. Also I can't have as many types of anasthesia. It's why I wanted to reduce this naturally but thanks to inept regular drs (eg not holistic) this was never caught, nor my estrogen dominance until recently by a holistic Dr. And now the fibroid is pressing on my ureters.
So surgery is more risky for me.

It is more than a c section and less than a hysterectomy, the most important thing is who is the doctor and the nursing care, this makes the biggest difference.
