CA prostate

A 79yo anorexic male complains of thirst and fatigue. He has symptoms of frequency, urgency

and terminal dribbling. His urea and creatinine levels are high. His serum calcium is 1.9 and he is

anemic. His BP is 165/95 mmHg. What is the most probable dx?

Now the answer says it's CA prostate but i cant figure out the urea and creat level relation. I think it is because of the back pressure leading to reduced filtration. Also if someone can explain other symptoms too. Thank you

My first thought is that you must see your GP and if he thinks that there is a problem will refer you to the urology clinic at your local hospital. They are very competent in their vocation and can save you a great deal of worry.

You really must seek a trust worthy urologist. My husband has Prostatic Ca, he'll be 79 in 2,5 months. When he did a Createnine test for  procedure,, it was elevated; doctor said it was due to animal protein ingested, and he's on a veggie & fruit diet. Culprit- protein drink, it had dairy /milk.I carefully read all food labels now. Other than being on a wait and watch or observe mode (of course with hormonal shots & tabs), nothing else we can do, would do, as other conventional therapies are off for us.
