This is how I plan to go about it : I will drink 4 glasses of cabbage carrot juice throughout the day for 20 days.

*Go for acupuncture - 20days

I read that cabbage, carrot and celery juice is good. I have had stomach problems for 3 years. I am drinking 1 teaspoon full of cayenne pepper tea in the mornings, then use green peppermint tea in canderrel with stevia. Pain disappears instantly  with stevia.

I am still taking proton inhabitor (ipp) as instructed by my doctor

then  I juice  raw cabbage + raw potatoe +carrots + parsley

I  usualy take a glass in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast, a glass before taking my lunch and a glass before I  sleep after dinner. ( I atleast wait for about 1-2  hrs before I eat or 1-2 hrs after dinner)

    -  I juice 3 glasses in the morning and refrigerate( inorder to keep my juice fresh  i use a bottle )
