Caffeine Alternative?

Hi Guys,
I was wondering, is there a such thing as a caffeine alternative (THAT ACTUALLY WORKS), that will not upset my IBS? I've been researching and it doesn't appear to be any. This is really upsetting..

Yeah, me too. The problem I have with coffee is that each brand/blend has different caffeine levels. I read all these articles aboutf Gensing, blah blah blah, but either they make me sick, or they don't work as far as giving me a boost. I'm starting to think that there really isn't a substitute for caffeine. I'll just have to be careful with the amount I consume (which isn't much anyway). Boy, thank goodness I"m not studying to be a doctor, and I had IBS needing to drink coffee. Thatf would be a real problem.

Just wean yourself off caffeine. Then you won't be craving a boost.
