Would taking a calcium channel blocker like Verapamil on the day of my stress test help me pass? In other words would it cause my results to show no abnormalities?

The Dr's would have had a list of your meds for the test I would have thought, they will take into any affect the drugs might have I would think. Do you remember suppling them with a list of the drugs you take. If not I would let you regular Dr know about your meds and the test, he should be able to advise you.
From my understanding the stress test is looking for clogged arteries that supply you heart muscle with its blood supply, and the extra stress results in faster heart rate, therefore extra blood supply going through those arteries, and maybe angina pain if you have restrictions.
