Calf and back of knee exercises

Hi any particular exercises recommended for sore calf muscles mine are still quite tight despite doing recommended exercises Anyone got any thoughts Cheers

    Hi Suki,

    The only calf exercises I am familiar with is heel raises.

    Massage them and a bit of heat.

    Sometimes if you over exercise it will make your calf muscles worse. Don't push too much for a couple of days and give them a chance to recuperate.

    Make sure you are well hydrated before starting excercises. Put your fingertips on a counter and slowly.....very slowly raise your heels and hold to count of 5. Repeat 10 times. Ice immediately.
