The exact opposite for me. if I drink alcohol I am invariably Ill the following day. Now I have cut out alcohol I am not cured but I have approx 60% few attacks so for me alcohol is a no no. This is frustrating for me as I was a big fan of red wine but now I drink peppermint tea with my dinner. Sad I know but works much better for me.

We are all different so you have to find what works for you but for me it was processed meats out fewer attacks by about 30% and same again when I cut out alcohol.Ā

Yes Alcohol works wonders on the stomach for me. It calms the nerves an eases the stress, this is why your stomach feels much better...even in the bible the apostle Paul writes inĀ 1 Timothy 5:23 Ā  Ā Ā

(No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.)

So if they used this 2000 years ago for the stomach, it will work today. Just don't over due it as it can have an adverse effect on the body.
