Can anyone advise on calorie intake, I am having about 1300-400 each day and sticking to under 30g of fat. Does anyone know if this is ok?

seems like a good amount, I personally don't count, which is probably why my weight loss has been fairly slow, but really can't be counting calories as well as fat

I've been doing this for two months now. I was sticking to 1500 calories, but it was slow going, so I'm aiming at 1400 now. I've got about 6 stone to lose. I didn't lose anything last month after I rediscovered low fat snacks like snack a jacks. they may be low fat and low calorie, but they still add up unfortunately. Good luck

I've just counted the fat grams and not really had anything that is full of 'empty' calories and no fat like alcohol or haribos, etc (if that makes sense). I did for 1 week work out the calories and was having about 1200 - 1400 so this seems to be working for me at the moment.

I haven't been counting the calories but if my weight loss is not as good as it could be at my first weigh in (Mon) then I will start.

I also need to get more into taking the tablet as I start my meal. I keep sitting there on an evening and at about 8:30 going 'Oh...... I forgot to take my tab' sad
