Calprotectin levels

I've recently had a calprotectin test and it has come back >600 whereas the norm is <50, but is this result quite high or is that the norm for active crohns disease? but="" is="" this="" result="" quite="" high="" or="" is="" that="" the="" norm="" for="" active="" crohns="">
