After quitting smoking 3 years ago I stupidly started again a month ago, the old addict philosophy I can stop anytime I want, whirled around my head, 4 weeks on im still buying cigarettes and back up to 20 a day! Its that mental battle again but I have a stock of patches left with use by date from 2013, is it safe to use them????
