Can 3rd shot of Twinrix be substituted with 2 separate vaccines?

Dear all,

I am scheduled to receive the third shot of Twinrix this week, however I find myself in Tunisia (Sousse). I was unable to find this particular combined vaccine (against Hepatitis A + B), neither as Twinrix nor as another brand. However, at least two pharmacies offered me to get two separate vaccines instead: Havrix (against Hepatitis A) and another one simply called "Hepatitis B rDNA vaccine", saying that's the equivalent, although the pharmacists didn't seem extremely sure themselves. Is it safe to take the two at the same time instead of the one Twinrix shot?

Since I move all the time in various countries and live life among locals, I consider myself to be risk of both viruses and so I am unwilling to delay the 3rd shot and prefer to complete the immunization as per schedule.

Thank you very much for your reply.
