Can a CECT Scan (abdomen) help in to find out unhealthy mucoid lining in the small intestine

Some mucus type lubricant come from anus after passing the stool since 17 yrs.

Blood test, Ultra sound and Colonoscopy test are normal.

now doctor recommended for CECT (abdomen).

I have physical weakness also.

Will CECT (abdomen) help to find out the root problem.

Valuable inputs will be appreciated.
