Can a streptococcus infection in the skin cause gastrointestinal symptoms?

I am just about to start a antibiotic treatment för an infection in my foot. It hurts like hell to walk and I am really swollen but I have also had other symptoms.

I Feel like soar in my joints and muscles as well as "fever feeling" in my body and head. I have gastrointestinal symptoms in the form stool looking weird with a slightly off color, some pieces also float.

I did have to take my first antibiotic dose last night. Could a single dose affects my stool already?

Any advice is appreciated.
