Can an enlarged uterus cause a postitive pregnancy test??

I took two tests Friday morning and both came out faint positives with first morning urine. Then around 4pm I took another one and it was negative. I started having severe pains later in the day and it got so bad I had to take a pain pill. It was like a sharp stabbing pain all in my uterus. The next day I took another pregnancy test and it was negative with first morning urine. I still had the cramping pain but it wasnt as severe. All last week even today I also had painful breasts like it hurt to touch them. All Saturday I had lots of thick creamy cervical mucus and 2 times I saw streaks of blood in it. Then yesterday morning I saw alot of blood. I even had a clot in it but then it turned into light pink spotting by the afternoon and at night it turned dark red and was coming out alot. I went to the er and they checked my blood and urine and they said I wasnt pregnant. So they did an ultrasound and it showed my right ovary was enlarged. They couldnt give me anymore information than that. I dont know if its a cyst that caused my ovary to become enlarged or what. I have an appointment next week to see my gyno and she called and told me it wasnt enlarged that everything is normal! I just dont get it. I even saw the tech put enlarged right ovary on her screen. Im so confused and in pain and still bleeding heavy today. Anyone go through this? At first I thought I was having a chemical pregnancy then when they mentioned an enlarged ovary now I just dont know whats going on.
