Can an issue with the gallbladder affect my ability to stand upright or sleep on my back?

[34M] UK/Northern Ireland- I don't think they do HIDA scans here at all...

Ultrasound detected small stones, but my GP is not concerned. I can't digest fatty food (never could). I don't remember I had pain in gallbladder area specifically.

Yet I still have episodic nausea and dizziness attacks that at the onset two years ago started at the exact time of the night (between 3 AM- 4 AM)

They were rare and at first, it happened once a month but started to increase to the point I have 3-4 attacks anytime a day. I can trigger it by standing or walking. Or sometimes, by crouching so I am avoiding that...

It can last 40 minutes to a couple of hours and they come in waves. Dizziness itself feels like lightheadedness and not room-spinning vertigo. And nausea feels like my stomach content is going up and I am about to throw up. I only threw up once during these attacks.

Does anyone have similar experiences?
