Can anxiety cause Deja Vu?

frequently i suffer from this amd when it hits i get this warm feeling through my body lasts a few seconds and makes me nervous then it goes. the deja vu i get is i can be watching something on tv then i feel like ive seen this before the exact scene.
please help is this normal or not? i will prob say its happened more since ive been anxious over watching seizure videos or reading about epilepsy which makes me feel i have it.
could the brain cause this by being anxious?

stop watching those videos pal. you will drive yourself nuts. you said you felt better for a while which is great. its normal when it comes and goes.

hey darren how are you pal? this morning i had a really bad deja vu and it started feeling panicky in my head thinking this the start of a seizure then i got a really warm flash through my body and then it made me feel uneasy for a bit after. it was something of nothing though all i was doing is watching tv then a normal scene between two people talking then bam it hit me. im terrified to be honest if it is a seizure that i am experiencing it is the most unconfortable feeling ever i dread to think how gran mal seizure must feel

That sounds like a panic attack to me. I think that you may have built up a fear of the deja vu feeling and now when you experience it you get anxiety, I don't believe its the deja vu doing it. Deja vu is actually very common, I've had breif moments of it all my life or since I can remember and never had a seizure. Possibly try talking to a therapist about this who can help you work through that fear so when it does happen, it will just come and go and you will keep moving on with the day. 😃
