Can anxiety cause physical pains like nausea and pain across abdomen?

i have a single mobile gall stone about 9mm, that was discovered by accident during one of my anxiety visits to the ER for chest pain.Since then i have been constantly googling and checking up on the symptoms and feel nauseated and also experience pain in my abdomen and feel faint and pass out , im not sure if i am sensitized to the smallest pain and thinking about it makes it feel worse . i have visited the er on two occasions and one time they said they found the stone and the other time the blood was normal and they couldnt find a stone, and also a hida scan said my gall bladder was functioning on the lowerside and they cant guarantee surgery will solve my issues, since they werent any signs my gall bladder was ever inflammed . could anxiety be the cause i have been suffering severe anxiety for almost two years and recently just feel nauseasous and pain in my gall bladder area.

it’s possible the anxiety is the cause for your discomfort but unlikely. I would probably go somewhere else to have it checked out again. I had my gallbladder removed because it was not functioning correctly and causing me the worst pain and discomfort ever! get a definite diagnosis so that you can have it removed if necessary. It was such a relief to have it taken out. Take care

What kind of discomfort were you experiencing i sometimes feel a pain and discomfort in my upper right abdomen and ultrasound have said i have a 9mm gallstone but my last visit to the er not stone was detected on ultrasound was detected and blood work was normal. i did have a hida scan and my ef was 26% but the surgeon said he cant gurantee surgery would solve my issues and blood work and ultrasound never showed signs of inflammation and im scared of complications from surgery and numerous after effects people talk about.
