I have problems with swallowing food, drink, and especially with my TB medicine.

I feel so hard to swallow, and after swallowing it just auto reflux out of my mouth. Sometimes i feel like there is something urge in my stomache make me want to throw up. Which make me more anxious and even worse. Now i'm just scared of taking medicine. Is it just because of anxiety or because of something wrong with me.

It sounds to me like you got sick once and then your anxiety took over and now it becomes a trigger every time you take the medicine. Try not to think about anything while taking the medicine. Maybe try taking it while you're distracted doing something? Continue distracting your mind after the medicine has been taken. See if that makes a difference. You could be possibly just thinking about having symptoms which causes it to actually happen. Anxiety has funny ways of tricking your mind into believing we have more physical symptoms then we actually do.
