Can anxiety make you bad stomachache for a long time?

im sure i have stomach cancer,i have stomachache for a month,and other symptoms,like reflux,i didnt sleep for two days,yesterday my heart beat was super fast and i was sure im getting a heart attack,i have all symptoms of stomach cancer,no sleep,being worry all the time,and thinking will die soon,i dont want to doc becuz im afraid and i dont want understand if i have cancer,im 25 years old,i have many ideas in my head for my life,but now i think yea finally you have cancer,so no life no nothing

    You have receptors in your digestive system. When you get anxious it can cause your stomach to hurt or go to the bathroom with an upset stomach.
