Can anxiety make you severe ongoing stomachache?

It was almost one year ago dat my anxiety made me severe stomachache,last time i had stomachache for one month,and for now it started again yesterday i have realy bad pain in my upper part of stomach,im tired of going to dr again,im sure i have a tumor in my stomach im 25.have u had unbearable stomachache before becuz of anxiety?

    I have had lots of stomach and feeling like my ribs are crushing in on me. My stomach bothers me on the right side. This has gone on for years, it comes and goes. It gets worse when I am anxious and horrible when I have an anxiety attack.

    You should go to your Dr for some tests and things like Nexxum can help.

    So to answer your question, yes I do believe that anxiety and stress can cause stomach issues

      I did tests for ulcer and sonography one year ago,they were negative,but i have same pain still,i have it in my right side sometimes,but usually dats in my upper part,thanks for replying

      I had a scan because of that upper right side in the front. Initially thought it might be hall bladder. What they found was a destended stomach. But iy still bothers me

    Yes going through it at moment. My ribs hurt and also my breast bone if you press on it. One day it's my right side next the pains on the left some days I don't have it. Anxiety can cause alot of pain through out the body x

      Carole do you get the feeling that a belt is tightening around your ribs making it harder to take in a full breath?

      Yeah it's mostly on my right side but feels like on my bottom rib right round my side to the back but every day it moves about but yeah sometimes it feels like I can't take a deep breath some times I feel it's muscular x

      If I press between breast on the bone it's very painful like feels bruised but as I said it not there all the time. Going through alot just now and doc thinks just stress and anxiety xx

      Thanks for replying,strang pains all over the body,i always just wonder if its becuz of my anxiety again or a sickness

      Probably anxiety but ypu should always get checked out at a dr

    This is 100% anxiety...I've been there believe me...get a blood test done...it will show up any abnormalities...so if it was anything at all it will show in the tests....but trust me it IS anxiety

      Hi rob,thanks for replying,i have been like dis before but anytime when anxiety focuses on my stomach uff it makes me think about cancer

    Yes anxieties can cause stomach issues and other issues like blood pressure issues and your heart rate will go up 

    Anxieties cause a lot

      Hey elizabeth thanks for replying oh yea it effects whole body,i cant remember what part of my body have been safe from anxiety
