can anxiety really be the cause of me feeling ill..
headaches, neck pain, shooting pains in head, fast heartbeat, heart palpitations, hot flushes, shaking, tingling in hands, feeling sick, lump in throat, toilet more often? some days are worser than others and sometimes I feel like this even when I'm not really anxious?

Hi Megan all the nasty symptoms you are having are all anxiety related.
It's like walking through mud. Please don't suffer see your GP. My daughter is 30 and suffers terrible bouts of anxiety. Today I finally got her to see her GP who I must say impressed me xx

Thankyou for replying! I do see my gp, also have a support worker and phyciatrist come out to me as I can't leave the house due to anxiety and panic attacks
doctor puts me down to feeling ill because of anxiety and just wondered if anyone else felt the same so that's a relief to hear I'm not alone xx

Hi again, just read you do see doc and psychiatrist, keep at them for more help, I was hose bound years ago, it's hard but you can get a relatively normal life back, hard work and lots of support. May need short term meds to help you get out of house, getting someone to go with you. Therapy may help to get you thinking more positive or you'll convince yourself it's easier to stay in. It is easier , but it's misery. Look for similarities here and tell yourself we've all been there and you can do it if others can, this is so horrid but it passes and you will have more good days than bad, ??

Many people move their bowels two or more times a day, it can be caused by what you eat and your basic habits throughout the day. Passing water can have you going to the WC afer each meal, snack and when you go to bed or rise in the morning. I am getting on and I go before bed and wake up around 02;30 each morning. We are all different, As a Pensioner, sometimes we leak a bit
Tingling in your hands, arms and legs by the way we sit, or if you need a new bed or seat. I get tingling and numbness in my hands when driving. I have to flex my fingers and sometimes know my hand on the steering wheel, I am sitting here typing away and I suffer hot flushes, because it is hot outside.
Feeling sick can be caused by your Anxiety, a lump in your throat could be just your adams apple or a lymph node.
Yes of course see your GP if you feel something is wrong however we all need to undestand our body needs to function and we need to accept that
