    i had those bumps 3 monthes ago . at 1st it was just 2 or 3 .. then it became worse as the photos show .. when i feel the spots they are rough in touch .. nothing go out when squeezing them .. its look better when my penis is erected .. tonight i noticed that red patches on scrotum

    no pain .. no itch also no bleeding from them . i applied apple cider vinegar on them 15 mins daily for 7 days .. but i think its geeting worse

    Try applying coconut oil... it will sure help to heal your skin at certain point. Try it

    give us a bit more info, did you have unprotected sex? did you develop any type of UTI or urethitis? (discharge, burning etc), have you been tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, hiv and siphilis?

      nothing but that bumps .. yes i had unprotected sex few monthes ago .. never got tested .. to be honest im afraid to get tested

      what I would lean to would be balantis, you could get a thrush cream and start applying it.
