You need to get some photos taken in bright daylight to show the detail you are concerned about.

Take them on the inside, next to the side of a window where you cannot be observed from the outside for example. In addition

    • what is your age?
    • list everything that is in contact with you penile skin. This would include:
    • soap, shower gel, any lubes you use for masturbation or sex, skin creams, lotions or moisturisers

Without the clear photos I would say this is the way your skin has developed.

You must STOP ALL contact with soap and other forms of body wash such as shower gel.

Instead, simply use warm, NEVER hot water to clean your penis with. Regular contact with body wash products can make the very sensitive skin of the foreskin and head of the penis to become VERY unhealthy.

If this is the ONLY cause of how your skin looks now your skin will take several years to fully recover from the impact of the soap you have been using - you may even thing the skin will never look any healthier, but the ONLY way to bring about change is to exclude ALL soaps and other forms of body wash.

So you are right to use the Coconut Oil - as long as it is in Liquid form, all you need is a very light coating. You can do this everyday to start with - but you could change to every other day after several months if you wish.

For a professional medical specialist opinion on what you have going on you would need to see a Skin Specialist such as a Dermatologist
