That's quite normal when starting on this medicine or if the dose is increased.  Don't worry, we've all been through those horrible side effects ;-)  If you persevere they will ease off and go away.  Take a couple of weeks for each dose increase.

    Good luck x confused

    Hi Hollie

I'm so sorry but this is normal - if you swap to sertraline the likelihood is you will then just be presented with a whole new list of side effects and you'll feel back to square one. You really need to give them at least 8 weeks to feel the full effect, I know it's hard as I really struggled. I'm now at week 10 and it's like nothing ever happened.

    Please stay strong x

Thanks for the reply. I had really bad chest pains last night and numb arms so an ambulance ended up coming out to me they did an ECG and said all fine and that I was having an anxiety attack which led to my muscles hurting in chest even thou the sharp pain was around my heart. Even today my arms are tingling really bad is this normal ?? I thought going from 10 to 20 wouldn't be this bad feel so down xx
