Can anyone advise on Emuaid?

hi ladies

I'm not having much luck with my steroid dont know if its strong enough its Betnovate Valerate 0.1% is this a good steroid for this I keep reading that you need high potency?

I think my LS is mild im unsure I have white perineum anus and left labia has a few spots of white and is defently thinned down a fair bit compared with the other one. I have redness I had a little scarring on the perineum and very bad purpura in this area too. dont get me wrong scarring has gone whiteness looks a little more pink in areas purpura is gone and the texture is night and day.

The redness is persisting and the burning although not as bad has gone from 7/10 to 3 or 4/10.

I have been on the steroids once per day for 5 weeks.

I have seen reviews on amazon and other places showing glowing reviews but I'm unsure if it's legit so thought i would ask here for reliable info. if it is as good as they are saying does anyone know where in the uk I can get it?

    You are in the UK, I'm not sure what our US equivalent is. We mostly use clobetasol here which is super-potent at a 5% strength. I, too, have wrinkly perineum but no itching just pain and some whiteness inside labia. Dr. does not know what to do except the clob. Says she has a lot of patients in their 30s with this. Been trying the baking soda and borax spray in spring water. May be helping. Am unsure what you're looking for. Best wishes.
