Can anyone give me advice

two months ago I was diagnosed with Frozen shoulder , pain in arm , difficult to stretch fully . Last week I was involved in a multi-car collision resulting in me slamming my shoulder and arm against the steering wheel . Taken to hospital and received an x-Ray , I was than told it's not broken , here's some paracetamol , you can go home? , my own doctor wants me to come and see him May 1st for a follow up , my arm is now much worst . What if anything can I have done apart from tablets that don't work ...

    I am so sorry! I was in a car accident with all this shoulder problems. It just adds to the pain and frustration. My thoughts go out you.

    I purchased a Tens unit (electrical stimulation) . It helps for the moments that I can't take meds

    Hi terry, and all. Im going to read this oats! Im on a week hol from work, but cant really do a lot as pain is back...i had steroid and large saline injection at end of march. But think its now worn off. I was supposed to have hydrodilitation last week..then week off to recover..but they cancelled it til end of june. Im running out of painkillers so need to get some more...fed up with not being able to do things. Sleeping is back to 3 hour slots..so annoyed i have to wait another 2 months. I know the pain is nowhere near as bad as it was in feb/mar but its annoying. Ive also pulled a muscle in my back which takes my breath away when i breathe in! Grr. Good luck with yr specialist.
