I have what i think are herpes according to my symptoms, I had a fever which doesnt go away, I have pimples for almost two weeks now I am afraid to blust them. My penile heard has been itching and some pain on it and my urethra as if I have UTI. My pimples are not painful but they dont go away and it seems as if they spread now. I am currently not using any med other than meds for cold which I have chills and cold. Around my genitals it always itch where there are no pimples. Might it be herpes really?

I had unprotected sex with my ex then, after sex there was a strong fishy smell which indicated to me if there was something wrong. Then I have been suffering to this flu which doesn't go away sore throat, swollen lump nodes under my armpit, I had itching genitals then some pimples. I went to the clinic they just treated me for bacterial infection then I went to the doctor since my eye was involved then he recommended some eye drop then when I show him my pimples, he said it might be poor hygiene but I'm worried then dont go away

May be I have to go to other doctor because I went to the clinic and they treated me using antibiotics which they don't have effect in viral infection then the doctor I went to said it might be hygiene in my genitals then it might be use of computer in my eye which I doubt it
